The spy who enters into a confidential data,software or website belonging to other people through internet is called a 'HACKER'
There are many countries who got lots of internet problem because of hackers,even in India,so many times the hackers troubled many sites.Three days before the nuclear explosion at Pokhran,hackers have intruded into the computer network of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre.They tried for 13 minutes and 52 seconds (Fortunately they were unable to get any sensitive information).This way,hacking is done in many countries in the computer network for getting confidential data from the departments of defence.
The consequences of hacking is very high.The hackers earn millions of dollars by selling confidential information they receive by hacking.Recently almost all countries have made legislation to regulate cyber crimes.But the lawyers are doubtful whether this can be controlled by drafting law.There are differences of option in establishing these legislations.
