HOW TO STOP SMOKING?
1.First you think that why you want to smoke for what,for showoff,for depression or for what.Think about it.
2.Think about diseases like lung cancer and many bad diseases.
3.If you like sex then quit smoking because smoking is not good for sex.
4.If you are thinking about smoking then think about your girlfriend or video games.
5.Drink 12 to 14 glass of water to avoid smoking and to clean your body system.
6.Avoid going to cigarette place ,pubs and many places where cigarette can be easily available.
7.Protect your money from cigarettes.
8.Eat fresh fruits and vegetables to reduce weight.
9.Think about your future you have two choices hospital and a good life so whats your choice.If you are looking for a good life then avoid smoking.
10.Ask your self that are you doing a good job with cigarettes???
11.Do exercises and yoga.

One of my friend told me that,Vitamins are substances that are required in tiny amounts to help in processes like digestion of food,assimilation of that food,elimination of wastes etc.

PLEASURABLE CHOCOLATES
How we eat is just as important as what we eat.And while on holiday,it is easy to eat without awareness.At a party,you can down an entire plate of food while your attention is focused on your conversation,not on your meal.You look down,the plate is empty and you wonder,Did I eat this?you hardly tasted it.You had all the calories without pleasure.Maximum pleasure.
If you eat with awareness,you will get more enjoyment with fewer calories.For example,I love chocolate.So I find a piece of premium dark chocolate,close my eyes,smell it and put it in my mouth.With my eyes closed,I notice the flavours and textures and how they change as the chocolate melts in my mouth,like hearing different harmonics in music.After a while,I swallow the chocolate but continue to savour all the flavours that change and evolve over the next few minutes.
Do this with any food to experience exquisite pleasure with a small number of calories.Maximum pleasure,minimum calories.

WHAT IS TUBERCULOSIS?

Some regular and simple exercise for you:
1.HOW YOU CAN DO A LUNGE EXERCISE:What you have to do is just tone your glute,quads and calves all at once,with the body-sculpting lunge.
*Keep hands at the hip or hold dumbells in both hands.
*Lower the upper body,keeping torso erect and maintain balance.
*The back knee should also bend to a 90 degree angle
*Keeping weight on the heels, go back to the starting position.
*Alternate sides till you have done about 20 repetitions on each side.
2.PUSH-UPS:The dreaded push-up actually does wonders for your upper body--chest,biceps,triceps,shoulders and core muscles.
*Lie down with arms touching the floor,palms placed slightly narrower than shoulder width and directly beneath the shoulders.
*Push yourself up.Make sure your toes are on the floor,balancing the body.The knees should not touch the floor.
*Now lower the body till your chest touches the floor and then push your body up,till the arms are locked.
3.BENT-OVER ROWS:This weight-training exercise targets the upper back and bicep muscles.First you learn to grab your dumbbells carefully,cautions Deanne.To prevent injury,squat and pick them up,rather than bend the back.
*Keep feet shoulder-width apart.
*Bend forward from the waist so that your chest is leaning forward over the feet.
*Lock the elbows to the waist and lift both hands towards the side of your body.
*Eight-10 repetitions will suffice.
4.AB CRUNCH BASICS:This basic abdominal exercise tops the list of everyone yearnig for a flat tummy.If proper form is maintained,crunches help tone and tighten the mid-section.As you progress,you can attempt several variations of abdominal crunches using weights.

You can use simple anti-bacterial soap twice or thrice a day and use moisturiser to hydrate the skin.And main thing is food,if you are good food then its good or if you are not eating good food then your face will become very weak and dull.If you really want to take care of your akin then eat lots of vegetables and fruits especially orange,pomegranate,water lemon,strawberry,these fruits are good for face.And other thing is exercise,if you are doing regular exercise then exercise will keeps your face fresh and energetic.For male persons i would say only one thing a good shaving gel like Nivea or any other gel for men moisturising gel is best.And to avoid razor burns and nicks,wash your face with hot water before to soften the hair follicles and open up pores. Or you can use razor with an aloe or vitamin strip for smooth unbumpy skin.And always take good fruits and vegetables.

PROTECT YOUR TEETH
There are many people who think that if my teeth is clean ,then its ok.According to me,proper oral hygiene requires ten minutes of brushing and flossing everyday but there are many people spends only two to three minutes total.I can understand its very difficult to care our teeth.The another thing is brush,the brushing does not go deep enough into the gums to reach the plaque that causes bad breath,the solution is you need to floss every day and get a cleaning done every few months.
One of my friend told me that,a mouthwash with alcohol dries out your mouth—you’ll smell nice and minty for a half hour.You can do one thing criss-cross your teeth,they really do a better job of cleaning between the gaps in your teeth or you can try electric toothbrush,this is one of the best things to ever happen to dentistry but electric toothbrush won’t clean the whole tooth gum but they are far superior to regular toothbrushes.
ADVICE:
1.If you want to reduce the bacteria in your mouth,you should be all over xylitol.My personal dentist told me that six or seven pieces of xylitol gum every day will help keep cavities away.
2.Brush your teeth twice a day.
3.Use a fluoride rinse and after—it’ll make your teeth much less sensitive.I have tried this many times,it really works.
4.Don’t pierce your mouth because there is a huge risk of infection.
5.Change your toothbrush every 6 month.
6.Take healthy nutrition and drink plenty of water.
7.Take diet rich of calcium and fibre.
8.Chew your food atleast 30 times before swallowing because it helps in digestion of food properly apart from helping in exercising of teeth.
9.You can do some teeth exercises like moving upper and lower jow individually in opposite direction.

SMOKING IS NOT GOOD FOR HEALTH
I have seen many people who always smokes,i really don’t know why they smokes.I mean to say why they are smoking,is smoking really good for health? smoking tastes is good?My classmate who loves smoking one day i asked him why do you smoke, then he told me smoke gives me energy.I amazed what smoke gives you energy.And once you start smoking ,it’s really hard to stop.So stay away from cigarettes.
If you are smoking in your daily life then leave it because smoking is not good for health.According to me smoking will make you you totally weak and smoke can take your life also.And main thing is that smoking is not good for sex,if you want to leave healthy life then quit smoking be safe.
I know that smoking can make you addict and its really difficult to quit smoking.But you can do one thing you can consult a doctor and he will tell you that how you can quit a smoking.chances of getting heart attack and some other diseases,so i would say only one thing just quit smoke and live healthy life.Smoking won’t give you anything except bad breath,lung cancer,reduced athletic performance,increasing risk of illness and many more diseases.
So just stay away from cigarettes and make you life healthy.
