REGULAR HEALTH CHECK-UP CAN KEEP YOU HEALTHY

Regular health check-up is very important because through this we can know that how is our health.Each and every body part need check up.Regular health checks can keep you healthy and head off major problems.Some important check-up is very necessary like:

1.Dental check-up:Every 12 month you should be assessed by dentist on a case-by-case basis.

2.Eye check-up:Every 2 years you should thorough check of eye health and vision by an ophthalmologist.

3.Blood pressure:Every 12 months you should check your Blood Pressure from the age of 18.

4.Cholesterol and Lipids:Every 12 months you should check your blood test by a GP from the age of 18 because if you have risk factors and family history of premature cardiovascular disease or existing diagnoses.

5.Kidney disease:Every 12 months you should check your blood test and urine analysis ordered by nephrologist.Especially for smokers,people with high blood pressure or diabetes,from 40 age.

6.Glaucoma:Every 12 months you should test your eye pressure conducted by an ophthalmologist or optometrist,From 40 age.

7.Colorectal cancer:From the age of 50 every 2 years you should test your faecal occult blood,followed by colonoscopy if positive results.

8.Breast cancer:Those women who have high risk should start screening at 40 and be regular with the test.

9.Stroke:Every 12 months you should check-up your possible symptoms and early signs.

10.Vision and hearing:Every 12 months you should test your whispering and reading chart,see your doctor if you notice a sudden or rapid decline between routine checks.
