Its very easy to change your sidebar's location,in windows vista you can see your sidebar on right side its pre-located.You can change your location.You have to method to change your location,What you have to do is just follow these steps:
1st METHOD:
1.Click start button and in search box type sidebar properties.
2.Click sidebar properties.
3.And in properties you can choose your location of your choice.
4.Enjoy your new sidebar's location.
2nd METHOD:
1.In desktop you can see your right side bar,just click on right sidebar
2.And then choose properties.
3.Decide your new location.
