Just follow this step and then you can directly open a blog or website from your windows task bar:
1.Right click your task bar and unlock it
2.And then right click on the task bar and select toolbars
3.After this click on Address
4.And then address bar will appear on your task bar
5.After this lock the task bar and type your blog or website url and press enter
6.Now you can open any website with default browser.
