If you are searching in windows vista's help and support that how to disable user login screen then leave it,just follow these steps:
1.Click Windows start button
2.And in search bar type:netplwiz
3.After this uncheck the users must enter a username and password to use this computer.
4.You will be asked for a password enter it or leave it.
5.After this press ok.
