Only administrator can enable this disk quota management,after enabling this disk quota management you can limit hard disk space to users in windows vista.Just follow this steps:
1.Click windows start button.
2.And then go to computer.
3.Right click on the hard disk and click properties.
4.after this go to Quota tab,under quota tab click "show quota settings".
5.If UAC displayed then click continue.
6.After this click the enable quota management checkbox.
7.And then click Deny disk space to users exceeding quota limit checkbox.
8.After this select limit disk space to and decide how much space you want for your users.
9.Click ok and save the settings.
