HOW TO REDUCE BAD BREATH?

If your mouth is giving lots of bad breath and taste then try some home remedies or eat nice food.There are many ways that you can reduce your bad breath and don't belive in fancy mouth washes and going to a doctor bad breath check-up.Keep your mouth clean with a healthy diet that will reduce the bacteria and plaque that cause bad breath.

There are many ways to reduce bad breath like:

1.CLEANING TEETH:Always clean your teeth after every meal,i know its a bit difficult to do because there are many people who feels lazy to do this job.But if you do this then your teeth will become healthy.

2.CURD:Curd reduces plaque and gingivitis and stinky hydrogen sulphide.Eat plain curd made with low-fat milk and no sugar.

3.PINEAPPLE:AAHHH My favorate,Pineapple contains bromelain,a digestive enzyme that acts as a natural cleanser.

4.WATER:Drink lots of water because water can keep your mouth moist.

5.SUGAR FREE CHEWING GUM:Chewing sugar-free gum also stimulates production of saliva.
