One of my friend he told me that how i can enable built in administrator account in windows vista .If you want to enable built-in administrator account in windows vista then just follow these steps:
1.Click windows start button and in search bar type command prompt.
2.Right click on command prompt and click "Run as administrator"
3.Now after this type the command:net user administrative/active:yes
4.Press enter.
5.If you want to disable this account then type this command:net user administrative/active:no
