You can fully customize your OEM in windows vista,in OEM you can see your windows vista logo,other system information and many more,and if you decided to change your OEM then just follow these steps:
1.Click windows start button.
2.And in the search box type regedit.
3.After this go to:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OEMInformation
4.And then now you can customize your logo,manufacturer and other information of system.
