2.And then navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
3.After this what you will get on the right pane modify the WaitToKillServiceTimeout string and then the value will be show 20000 and make it 5000.
4.Now your PC can fast shutdown.Its really works.
