RUMBLING SOUND IN MY STOMACH AND WHY I AM CRYING?

*.DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS RUMBLING SOUND IN OUR STOMACH?
During digestion the food we eat is broken down, churned, diluted, dissolved and chemically split into simpler forms that can be absorbed in the blood. The digestive system prepares well in advance for a meal. The sight, smell or even the thought of good food sets the salivary and gastric juices going. These contain the enzymes that actually break the food down. The action of the juices being churned in the stomach causes the growling or rumbling sound in your tummy.

*.WHY DO PEOPLE GET TEARS WHEN THEY ARE SAD?
Tears are produced continuously in the tear gland situated above the outer side of each eye.It is called the lacrimal gland and is about the size and shape of a shelled almond.
Tears have an enzyme called lysozyme which protects the eye from infection by killing bacteria.About one gram of tears is produced every day.Theprocess of cleaning is helped by the blinking of the eye during which tears are spread over the exposed surface of the eye.
Tears are produced due to reflex action. When you hit lightly on your knee there is a jerk. That is a reflex action. So also when eyes are exposed to bright light or pepper powder or when you dwell on a sad thought, tears are produced profusely.
