WHY ARE BANANAS CURVED?

When a banana fruit begins to grow,one side of it grows faster than the other.The fast-growing side becomes longer than the slow side.It is the difference between its two sides that makes a banana curved in shape.Both sides taste the same but there's more to eat on the longer side!Can you now guess why a snail's shell is also curved?
